Marcus has over 20 years of experience in agronomy, plant science, product and business development. He has worked in a variety of leadership roles for multinationals like Syngenta, Monsanto and startups like New Leaf Symbiotics. He holds a Ph. D. in Crop and Soil Science from Michigan State University.

​His current role is Project Development Manager at AMVAC. Marcus is also an accomplished scientist, with several publications and patents in soil health and nutrition, and crop science.
